摘　　要：目的探讨穴位敷贴联合针灸治疗原发性肝癌经导管动脉栓塞术后呃逆的效果。方法选择2019年3月至2020年9月收治的48例原发性肝癌经导管动脉栓塞术后呃逆患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各24例。对照组注射甲氧氯普胺治疗,观察组采用穴位敷贴联合针灸治疗,对两组疗效、治疗前后临床症状、症状缓解时间进行比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%,明显较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组的临床症状评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组临床症状评分明显较对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床症状缓解时间明显较对照组短(P<0.05)。结论穴位敷贴联合针灸治疗原发性肝癌经导管动脉栓塞术后呃逆效果满意,可快速缓解症状,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application combined with acupuncture on primary hepatocellular carcinoma after transcatheter arterial embolization.Methods 48 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma who had undergone transcatheter arterial embolization after treatment from March 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research object The random number table method was divided into a control group and an observation group of 24 cases each.The control group was injected with metoclopramide and the observation group was treated with acupoint application and acupuncture.The efficacy of the two groups,the evaluation of clinical symptoms before and after treatment,and the time of symptom relief were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,75.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in clinical symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the clinical symptom scores of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoint application combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of primary liver cancer after transcatheter arterial embolization is satisfactory,and it can quickly relieve symptoms and is worthy of promotion.
