类风湿关节炎护理门诊的建立与实践

摘　　要：为了提高类风湿关节炎患者的生活质量,提升护理学科的发展,我科自2016年12月起开设了类风湿关节炎护理门诊。选择2名有10年以上临床工作经验、责任心强和有较强沟通能力的主管护师负责类风湿关节炎护理门诊的工作,主要负责类风湿关节炎患者疾病活动度的评估、健康教育、RA患者门诊病历的建档与管理、长期随访等项目的管理。门诊开设1年后,疾病活动度评估474人次,健康教育409例次,关节操活动指导112人次,建档门诊病历323份,随访患者2290人次。通过门诊调查发现,患者的就医体验较前明显改善,对护理服务的满意度达97.3%,较护理门诊建立前提高了16%,高于全院平均水平。In order to improve the quality of life for people with rheumatoid arthritis,promote the development of nursing science,Our department has opened the RA nursing clinic since December 2016.Two competent nurses with more than 10 years of clinical experience,strong sense of responsibility and strong communication skills were selected to be responsible for the work of the RA nursing clinic,is mainly responsible for the assessment of disease activity in patients with RA,health education,patients with RA outpatient records document and management,management of the project such as long-term follow-up and so on.1 year after outpatient service,474 patients were evaluated for disease activity,409 health education cases were conducted,112 patients were guided for moral integrity activities,323 outpatient records were documented,and 2,290 patients were followed up.According to the survey of outpatient service,the patients’ medical experience improved significantly,and their satisfaction with nursing service reached 97.3%,which was 16% higher than that before,and higher than the average level of the whole hospital.
