摘　　要：目的建立测定痔复康颗粒中黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为InertSustain AQ-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈(A)-0.1%甲酸水溶液(B),梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为254 nm,进样量为10μL。结果黄芩苷质量浓度在5~320μg/m L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为100.14%,RSD为0.98%(n=6);黄芩苷的平均含量为0.8345 mg/g。结论该方法高效、准确、可靠,可用于痔复康颗粒黄芩苷含量的测定。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the content determination of baicalin in Zhifukang Granules.Methods The InertSustain AQ-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used.Acetonitrile(A)and 0.1%methanoic acid solution(B)were eluted by gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 m L/min,the column temperature was 35℃,the detection wavelength was 254 nm,and the injection volume was 10μL.Results The content of baicalin was linear in the range of5-320μg/m L(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 100.14%,and the RSD was 0.98%(n=6).The average content of baicalin in 4 batches of samples was 0.8345 mg/g.Conclusion The established method is efficient,accurate and reliable,which can be used for the content determination of baicalin in Zhifukang Granules.
