摘　　要：SRX稳定级配碎石作为一种新型路用材料,试件的养生条件和SRX稳定剂合理掺量是SRX稳定级配碎石应用的两个基本问题。本研究中,一方面以加快SRX稳定级配碎石试件的养生过程、提高试验效率为前提,通过养生温度对试件无侧限抗压强度的影响分析和养生时间与试件含水率、失水率和失水速率的关系分析,提出了SRX稳定级配碎石试件的养生条件,即SRX稳定级配碎石试件在干燥烘箱内养生,养生温度为100±2℃,相应的养生时间应不小于16 h;另一方面,通过重点分析SRX稳定剂掺量对试件无侧限抗压强度的影响规律,同时考虑其稳定性,确定了SRX稳定剂合理掺量,建议在一般情况下SRX稳定剂掺量为0.5%,多雨潮湿寒冷冰冻地区SRX稳定剂掺量宜为0.75%。SRX stabilized graded macadam(SSGM)is a new type of road material.The two basic problems in the application of SSGM are the curing conditions of SSGM specimen and reasonable mixing amount of SRX stabilizer.On the one hand,in order to accelerate the curing process of SSGM specimen and improve the test efficiency,the effect of curing temperature on unconfined compressive strength of SSGM specimen and the relationship between curing time and moisture content,water loss rate and dehydration rate are analyzed.The curing conditions of SSGM specimen are proposed:SSGM specimen should be cured in the drying oven;the curing temperature is 100±2℃;the curing time should be not less than 16 h.On the other hand,the reasonable mixing amount of SRX is determined by emphatically analyzing the effect of the mixing amount of SRX stabilizer on unconfined compressive strength of SSGM specimen and considering the stability of SSGM specimen.It is recommended that the mixing amount of SRX stabilizer is 0.5%in general,and its dosage should be 0.75%in rainy,humid,cold and frozen regions.
