摘 要:针对木芯复合材料梁柱T形节点,提出设置顶底角钢的连接方式。通过6个不同构造角钢连接节点试件的单调加载试验,研究不同角钢构造对木芯复合材料梁柱节点破坏模式和承载力的影响,并简化模型,提出设置顶底角钢木芯复合材料梁柱节点的承载力计算方法。结果表明:设置顶底角钢的木芯复合材料节点构件的破坏模式可分为三种:角钢屈服破坏、梁局部压溃破坏和螺杆拉断破坏,其破坏模式受加劲肋影响;设置加劲肋顶底角钢的节点试件,其承载力分别提高30.38%,64.29%,125.62%,初始转动刚度分别提高113.75%,119.56%,227.94%。针对设置顶底角钢木芯复合材料梁柱节点,提出承载力计算公式,计算结果与试验值吻合良好。For the T-joints of wood core composite beam column,the connection mode of top and seat angle steel is proposed.Based on the monotonic loading test of six specimens with different angle steel connections,this paper studies the influence of different angle steel structures on the failure mode and bearing capacity of wood core composite beam column joints,simplifies the model,and puts forward the calculation method of bearing capacity of wood core composite beam column joints with top and seat angles.The results show that the failure modes of wood core composite joints with top and seat angles can be divided into three types:yield failure of angle steels,local crushing failure of beam and tensile failure of screw,and the failure mode is affected by stiffeners;the bearing capacity of the joint specimens with top and seat angle increased by 30.38%,64.29%and 125.62%respectively,and the initial rotational stiffness increased by 113.75%,119.56%and 227.94%respectively.The bearing capacity calculation formula of the top and seat angle wood core composite beam column joints is proposed.The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental value.
