摘　　要：波兰的经济改革是人类社会经济史上重大的制度变迁之一。从比较的角度看,波兰的改革道路是非常独特的。随着冷战的结束,波兰摆脱了苏联的控制,实现了国家的主权与独立,重新拥有了一定程度的国家自由和国家安全,可以自主选择国内政策及对外政策。波兰通过"加盟入约",重塑了其在国际体系中的地位。在独立百年的历史上,波兰的国际地位达到了前所未有的高度。以"巴尔采罗维奇计划"、"波兰战略"以及"莫拉维茨基计划"为代表的三个阶段,为波兰国内进行的政治和经济转型带来了深刻的影响。综观波兰三十年来的转型历程,在面临经济发展机遇的同时,波兰新政府仍需面对包括如何提振国内经济增长。如何在欧盟内部重新调整其国家利益与互动模式等诸多挑战。Poland’s economic reform is one of the major institutional changes in the socio-economic history of mankind, and from a comparative point of view, the path of reform in Poland is very unique. With the end of the Cold War, Poland was freed from Soviet control and achieved national sovereignty and independence, regaining a certain degree of national freedom and security and being able to choose its own domestic and foreign policies. Poland has reshaped its position in the international system by "joining the EU and NATO". In its century of independence, Poland’s international standing has reached unprecedented heights. The three stages, represented by the Shock Therapy(Balcerowicz Plan), Strategy for Poland, and the Plan for Responsible Development(Morawiecki Plan), have had a profound impact on the political and economic transformation in Poland.While Poland’s three decades of transition have presented opportunities for the country’s economic development, the new government still has to face a number of challenges, including how to boost domestic economic growth and how to realign its national interests and interaction within the EU.
