磁压榨吻合技术在消化道重建吻合手术中的应用效果(附5例报告)

摘　　要：目的观察磁压榨吻合技术(MCA)应用于消化道重建吻合手术的临床效果。方法对榆林市第二医院2018年1月至9月收治的5例胆管-空肠吻合、胰腺假性囊肿-空肠吻合、胰管-空肠吻合应用MCA的患者进行观察。结果5例患者手术过程顺利,2例胆肠吻合过程耗时7~9 min,2例胰腺假性囊肿-空肠吻合时间为6~7 min,1例胰肠吻合并胆肠吻合时间为23 min。磁环脱落时间为18~24 d,住院时间为13~22 d。术后患者恢复良好,未发生感染及吻合口瘘、吻合口狭窄等并发症。结论在消化道重建吻合手术中应用MCA具有耗时短、损伤小、无异物存留、并发症少等优点,是一种可行的、值得推广的吻合技术。Objective To observe the clinical effect of magnetic compression anastomosis(MCA)in digestive tract reconstruction anastomosis.Methods From January to September 2018,5 patients with biliary-jejunal anastomosis,pancreatic pseudocyst-jejunal anastomosis and pancreatic duct-jejunal anastomosis were treated with MCA in Yulin No.2 hospital were observed.Results The operation was successful in 5 patients,including,2 cases of biliary-jejunal anastomosis took 7-9 minutes,2 cases of pancreatic pseudocyst-jejunal anastomosis took 6-7 minutes,and 1 cases of pancreaticoenterostomy and choledochojejunostomy took 23 minutes.The shedding time of the magnetic ring was 18-24 d,and the hospitalization time was 13-22 d.After the operation,all patients recovered well without infection,anastomotic fistula,anastomotic stenosis and other complications.Conclusion The MCA application in digestive tract reconstruction anastomosis has the advantages of shorter time-consuming,smaller wound,no foreign matter remaining and fewer complications,it is a feasible and worth promoting anastomosis technology.
