盐酸山莨菪碱注射液治疗急性肾绞痛的临床效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的分析盐酸山莨菪碱注射液治疗急性肾绞痛的临床效果及安全性。方法选择我院2018年12月至2019年12月接诊的86例急性肾绞痛患者为研究对象,根据治疗药物的不同将其分为间苯三酚组和山莨菪碱组,各43例。间苯三酚组采用间苯三酚注射液治疗,山莨菪碱组采用盐酸山莨菪碱注射液治疗。比较两组的临床效果及安全性。结果山莨菪碱组初次静脉滴注后15、30、60、90、120 min时的疼痛总缓解率均高于间苯三酚组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,山莨菪碱组的症状改善总有效率显著高于间苯三酚组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。山莨菪碱组的不良反应总发生率显著低于间苯三酚组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸山莨菪碱注射液治疗急性肾绞痛可显著提高疼痛缓解率,且具有较高的临床用药安全性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of anisodamine hydrochloride injection in the treatment of acute renal colic.Methods A total of 86 patients with acute renal colic admitted in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into phloroglucinol group and anisodamine group,with 43 cases in each group.The phloroglucinol group was treated with phloroglucinol injection,and the anisodamine group was treated with anisodamine hydrochloride injection.The clinical effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total pain relief rate at 15,30,60,90,120 min after the first intravenous infusion of the anisodamine group were higher than those of the phloroglucinol group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of symptom improvement in the anisodamine group was significantly higher than that in the phloroglucinol group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the anisodamine group was significantly lower than that in the phloroglucinol group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Anisodamine hydrochloride injection in the treatment of acute renal colic can significantly improve the pain relief rate,and has high clinical medication safety,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
