摘　　要：目的探究带线金属锚钉结合膝后内侧小切口治疗后十字韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的临床效果。方法选取2012年5月至2019年7月收治的21例后十字韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折患者,均取膝后内侧入路行小切口,再用带线金属锚钉进行固定,术后指导患者进行功能锻炼。采用Lysholm膝关节功能评分表对患者的膝关节功能进行评价。结果21例患者均成功完成了手术且获得随访,随访时间为4~36个月,平均(12.8±3.6)个月。Lysholm膝关节功能平均评分为(95.2±2.6)分。术后3个月,患者骨折部位均愈合。结论应用带线金属锚钉结合膝后内侧小切口治疗后十字韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折,能较大限度地恢复膝关节功能,是一种安全、简单、有效的手术方法。Objective To explore the clinical effect of suture metal anchor combined with small incision of posterior medial knee in the treatment of tibial avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament.Methods A total of 21 patients with tibial avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament admitted from May 2012 to July 2019 were selected.All patients were treated with small incision through posteromedial knee approach,and then fixed with suture metal anchor.After operation,patients were guided to carry out functional exercise.The Lysholm knee joint function scale was used to evaluate the knee joint function of the patients.Results All 21 patients successfully completed the operation and were followed up for 4 to 36 months,with an average of(12.8±3.6)months.The average Lysholm knee function score was(95.2±2.6)points.At 3 months after operation,all the fracture sites healed.Conclusion The suture metal anchor combined with small incision of posterior medial knee in the treatment of tibial avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament can greatly restore the function of knee joint,which is a safe,simple and effective surgical method.
