某三甲医院门诊中成药处方多层次评价体系的工作体会

摘　　要：医院药剂科作为医院药事管理部门,承担着对临床用药全过程进行有效的组织、实施和管理的任务,以促进临床科室合理用药和完善相关药品管理工作。某三甲医院通过多样化筛查手段,将不合理处方分为不予发药处方、予发药但需在院质控会议通报处方以及予发药但需留存处方三种,构建门诊中成药处方多层次评价体系,对于基层医院的中成药处方评价工作具有一定借鉴意义。As the hospital pharmacy management department,the pharmacy department of the hospital is responsible for the effective organization,implementation and management of the whole process of clinical drug use,so as to promote the rational use of drugs in clinical departments and improve related drug management work.Through a variety of screening methods,a third class A hospital divided the irrational prescriptions into three categories:no drug prescriptions,prescribed prescriptions that need to be notified at the hospital quality control meeting,and prescriptions that are issued but need to be retained.The multi-level evaluation system of outpatient Chinese patent medicine prescriptions was constructed,which has certain reference significance for the evaluation of Chinese patent medicine treatment in primary hospitals.
