摘　　要：目的分析动态心电图(DCG)联合冠状动脉CT血管成像(CCTA)在冠心病心肌缺血诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的82例疑似冠心病心肌缺血患者作为研究对象,患者均进行DCG、CCTA检查,并经核素心肌灌注显像诊断(金标准)。比较三种检查方法的诊断准确度、阴性预测值、阳性预测值、特异度、灵敏度及冠心病病变血管检出结果。结果联合检查的诊断准确度、阴性预测值、阳性预测值、特异度、灵敏度,右冠状动脉、左回旋支、左前降支病变血管检出率均明显高于DCG与CCTA(P<0.05)。结论DCG联合CCTA在冠心病心肌缺血诊断中应用效果显著,可提升冠心病心肌缺血诊断准确度、灵敏度、特异度与病变血管检出率,值得临床推广及应用。Objective To analyze the application value of dynamic electrocardiography(DCG)combined with coronary computed tomography angiography(CCTA)in diagnosis of myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 82 patients with suspected myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.All patients were examined by DCG and CCTA,and were diagnosed by radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging(gold standard).The diagnostic accuracy,negative predictive value,positive predictive value,specificity and sensitivity of the three inspection methods were compared with the detection results of coronary artery disease.Results The diagnostic accuracy,negative predictive value,positive predictive value,specificity,sensitivity,detection rates of right coronary artery,left circumflex artery and left anterior descending artery by combined inspection were significantly higher than those by DCG and CCTA(P<0.05).Conclusion DCG combined with CCTA in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease has a significant effect,it can improve the accuracy,sensitivity,specificity and detection rate of diseased vessels,which is worthy of application and dissemination.
