摘　　要：目的分析40岁以下孕妇妊娠瘢痕子宫破裂的原因。方法回顾性分析中山市小榄人民医院2013年1月至2018年7月收治的妊娠瘢痕子宫发生子宫破裂的82例病例的临床资料。结果子宫破裂发生率为1.5‰(82/54061),其中完全子宫破裂15例,不完全子宫破裂67例。高龄组与低龄组患者的完全子宫破裂、不完全子宫破裂发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论子宫破裂最常见的原因仍为瘢痕子宫,40岁以下,年龄的增加并不升高妊娠瘢痕子宫破裂风险。Objective To explore the causes of gestational scar uterine rupture in pregnant woman under 40 years old.Methods The clinical data of 82 cases of uterine rupture caused by gestational scar uterine admitted in Xiaolan people's hospital of Zhongshan from January 2013 to July 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The incidence of uterine rupture was 1.5‰(82/54061),including 15 cases of complete uterine rupture and 67 cases of incomplete uterine rupture.There were no significant differences in the incidences of complete uterine rupture and incomplete uterine rupture between the elderly group and the low-age group(P>0.05).Conclusion The most common cause of uterine rupture is still scar uterus.Increasing age under 40 does not increase the risk of gestational scar uterine rupture.
