优质护理干预在慢性肾小球肾炎患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理干预在慢性肾小球肾炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年7月至2019年9月收治的92例慢性肾小球肾炎患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同分为对照组(46例,常规护理干预)和观察组(46例,优质护理干预)。比较两组的遵医行为、心理状态及生活质量。结果观察组的遵医率为95.65%,明显高于对照组的71.74%(P<0.05)。护理后3个月,两组的SDS、SAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后3个月,观察组的各项生活质量评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预在慢性肾小球肾炎患者中的应用效果显著,可提高患者的遵医率和生活质量,显著改善其心理状态,值得在临床上大力推广。Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing intervention in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods A total of 92 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis treated in our hospital from July 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(46 cases,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(46 cases,high quality nursing intervention)according to different nursing methods.The compliance behavior,mental state and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance rate of the observation group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than 71.74%of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,SDS and SAS scores of both groups decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the various quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing intervention has a significant application effect in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis,it can improve the compliance rate and quality of life of patients,and significantly improve the psychological state,which is worthy of vigorous promotion in clinical practice.
