摘  要:节能减排是电解铝可持续发展面临的重大关键共性课题,也是铝电解长期研究的课题之一。本文主要介绍了新型稳流保温铝电解槽节能技术的研究成果及在某400kA系列推广应用情况。应用结果表明,新技术槽进入正常期内系列电流效率92.22%,平均电压3.882¥,吨铝直流电耗12543kWh/t-Al,平均炉底压降267mV。与传统槽相比,新技术槽平均电压降低了86mV,直流电耗降低了507kWh/t-Al,炉底压降降低了44mV,节能效果非常显著。Energy saving and emission reduction is an important and common topic for the sustainable development of electrolytic aluminum,and it is also one of the long-term research topics of aluminum electrolysis.This paper mainly introduces the research results of energy-saving technology based on steady flow and heat preservation(FHEST)and its application in a 400kA series.The application results show that,the series current efficiency was 92.22%,the average voltage was 3.882V,the DC power consumption was 12543 kWh/t-Al,and the cell bottom voltage drop was 267mV.Compared with the traditional cell,the average voltage of the new technology ceU reduced by 86 mV,the DC power consumption reduced by 507 kW h/t-Al,and the cell bottom voltage drop reduced by 44 mV.The energy-saving effect was very significant。
