摘 要:300 MW亚临界汽轮机通流改造技术作为一项成熟的在役煤电汽轮机提质增效技术,已在国内外得到了较长时间的发展。但是最近时期,随着该项技术越来越深入广泛地应用,出现了一些新特点,如从发电厂角度出发,发现该项技术侧重改善满负荷经济性而忽视改善部分负荷经济性,另外还存在如0号高加投运效率低、部分负荷滑压运行时一次调频响应速度慢等问题。针对这些问题,以某电厂1号汽轮机通流改造为例,提出通流改造后汽轮机性能考核指标采用高、中、低负荷加权平均值、增加0号高加进汽流量和采用高加小旁路以提高一次调频响应速度等具体措施。采取这些措施后,取得了良好的效果,可以为以后300 MW亚临界汽轮机及其它型号汽轮机通流改造技术的继续深入发展提供指导。As a mature technology to improve the quality and efficiency of the steam turbine in service,the 300 MW subcritical technology has been developed for a long time at home and abroad.But in recent times,as the technology is more and more widely used in depth,there have been some new characteristics,such as from the Angle of the power plant,found the technology to improve capacity on economy and ignore the improve part load fuel economy,it also exists as 0 high operation efficiency is low,the partial load sliding pressure operation when a problem such as frequency modulation response speed slow.In order to solve these problems,taking the through-flow transformation of no.1 turbine in a power plant as an example,the paper puts forward some specific measures for evaluating the performance of the turbine after the through-flow transformation,such as adopting the weighted average value of high,medium and low load,increasing the high added steam flow rate of No.0,and adopting the high added small bypass to improve the response speed of primary frequency modulation.After adopting these measures,good results have been obtained,which can provide guidance for the further development of the pass-through transformation technology of 300 MW subcritical steam turbine and other types of steam turbines.
