摘 要:分析了一起运行中阻性电流越预警上限,红外测温异常的220 kV金属氧化物避雷器(MOA)缺陷,对比解体前后整只避雷器、含绝缘筒的芯组、单独芯组的直流参考电压、工频参考电压、阻性电流等试验数据,发现避雷器绝缘筒受潮是本起缺陷的重要原因,通过绝缘筒烘干后的试验数据进一步验证了分析的正确性。分析方法及过程对运维检修人员有一定的参考意义,同时也指出在后续运维中可采用红外测温+在线监测发现此类缺陷。The author analyzes the impedance in the operation of the electric current with the warning limit,the infrared measuring temperature anomalies of 220 kV metal oxide surge arrester(earth-sized)defects,compared before and after the collapse of whole lightning arrester,containing insulation tube core group,the single core group of dc reference voltage and reference voltage,resistance,power frequency current test data,found that lightning arrester insulation tube of be affected with damp be affected with damp is an important reason of this defect,through the insulation cylinder drying after the test data to further verify the validity of the analysis.The analysis method and process are of certain reference significance to the operation and maintenance personnel,and it is also pointed out that infrared temperature measurement+on-line monitoring can be used in the subsequent operation and maintenance to find such defects.
