摘　　要：胶囊式储油柜在超(特)高压变压器中获得广泛应用,胶囊状态的完好与否直接影响变压器的安全可靠运行。介绍了一起大型变压器油位异常的缺陷及现场排查情况,在此基础上进行分析,初步判断为胶囊破裂,随后开展停电检修确认,最后提出了胶囊缺陷的预防措施和运维建议,为广大运维检修人员提供参考。Capsule type oil storage tank is widely used in ultra high voltage transformer.The condition of capsule directly affects the safe and reliable operation of transformer.This paper introduces the defect of abnormal oil level of a large transformer and the situation of on-site inspection.Based on the analysis,the preliminary judgment is capsule rupture,and then the power failure inspection is carried out.Finally,the preventive measures and operation and maintenance Suggestions of capsule defect are put forward to provide reference for the majority of operation and maintenance personnel.
