摘  要:凝结水溶氧量长期超标会使受热面以及热力管道发生电化学腐蚀,严重时可能造成受热面损坏甚至爆管事故,严重威胁锅炉的安全运行,同时也降低了联合循环机组运行的经济性和安全性。通过对凝结水溶氧超标原因排查后发现凝汽器热井的启动补水、凝结水泵密封水以及多级水封U型管注水是导致溶氧超标的主要源头,针对溶氧超标提出了处理措施,彻底解决了凝结水溶氧超标问题,并为后续机组针对凝结水溶氧超标问题进行技术改造提供了方向。If the condensate dissolved oxygen exceeds the standard for a long time,electrochemical corrosion will occur on the heating surface and the heat pipeline,which may cause damage to the heating surface or even pipe explosion in serious cases,seriously threatening the safe operation of the boiler and reducing the economy and safety of operation of the combined cycle unit.One cause of excess water dissolved oxygen screening and found the condenser hot well start filling water,condensate pump seal water and multistage water seal u-shaped tube is the main source of excessive dissolved oxygen,water injection for excessive dissolved oxygen treatment measures are put forward,completely solve the problem of excess water dissolved oxygen,and for subsequent unit for water dissolved oxygen levels provides direction of technical renovation.
