摘  要:采用熔融共混法制备了聚对苯二甲酸环己烷二甲醇酯(PCT)/玻璃纤维粉(GF)/短切碳纤维(SCF)高性能复合材料,通过万能电子试验机、数显冲击试验机、示差扫描量热仪、维卡软化点测试仪及熔体流动速率仪分别研究了该复合材料的力学性能、热学性能及流动性能。测试结果表明,当PCT/GF二元复合物中添加4%~6%的SCF时,复合材料的综合力学性能最佳。当SCF含量增加到4%时,复合体系的结晶峰温度呈向高温偏移的趋势。SCF能够小幅度提高复合材料的维卡软化温度。随着体系中SCF含量的不断增加,材料的熔体流动速率呈明显下降的趋势,使其流动性能受到抑制。The poly1,4-cyclohexylene dimethylene terephthalate( PCT)/glass fiber powder( GF)/short carbon fibers( SCF) composite was prepared by melt-blending process. The composite was studied by using the universal tester,impact tester,differential scanning calorimeter,vicat softening point tester and melt flow rate meter. The results indicated that when SCF content was 4% ~ 6%,the composite had the best comprehensive mechanical properties. When the SCF content was increased to 4%,the crystallization peak temperature of the composite tended to move toward high temperature. The Vicat softening temperature of the composite was increased by the addition of SCF. And the melt flow rate of the composite was decreased significantly by adding SCF.
