摘  要:通过溶液喷射纺丝法制备了PPESK纳米纤维膜,研究了不同纺丝液浓度对纤维形貌及纺丝工艺的影响,确定了最佳的纺丝液浓度。此外,对PPESK纳米纤维膜进行了简单的热处理,并通过扫描电镜、红外光谱仪、热重分析仪等对其进行了测试表征。结果表明,随着PPESK纺丝液浓度增加,纤维黏度不断升高,平均直径不断增大。当纺丝液浓度为30%时,纺丝过程相对稳定,纳米纤维表面相对光滑均匀,纤维平均直径约为600 nm。随后,对其进行高温热处理,结果表明,当240℃热处理1 h后,热处理效果最佳,所得纤维的结构更加致密,其拉伸强度比未处理时约提高了50%,同时,其耐热性能也比初生纤维明显提高。PPESK nanofibrous membranes were successfully prepared via solution-blowing,the concentration of spinning solution which would influence the morphology of the fibers and the spinning process were mainly discussed,and the optimal concentration of spinning solutions was determined. Then the PPESK nanofibrous membranes were dealed with simple heattreatment. The membranes were characterized and investigated via SEM,FTIR and TG etc. The results showed that the viscosity of spining solution became higher with the increasing concentration of PPESK spinning solution,and the average diameter of fibers increased. The spinning process was comparatively stable with high productivity and the average diameter of the fibers was about 600 nm when the concentration of the spinning solution was about 30%,and the surface of the PPESK nanofibers were relatively smooth and uniform. Then the high temperature heat-treatment was carried out with nanofibers. After240 ℃ heat-treatment for 1 h,the membranes were more densified and the tensile strength increased by about 50% than that of the original membrane while its thermal properties was also slightly improved.
