摘 要:结合有效过滤面积较大的双柱塞式换网过滤器的滤网更换工艺要求,选用旋刮机构进行验证实验。考虑到各种回收聚合物的特性,选择回收的ABS杂料进行铲削实验。实验结果表明,换网器达到了对铲除废料与拆除旧网的预设工艺的要求。将铲料工况下,铲刀的载荷进行分析,同时对转速与聚合物的流动特性及载荷的关系进行数学建模与理论分析,并通过实验数据验证了载荷和流变特性规律,当转速0 <n <13.75 r/min时,表观黏度与载荷呈线性逐渐减少;当转速23.57 r/min> n> 13.75 r/min时,表观黏度与载荷趋于稳定,其表观黏度稳定在0.005 6~0.007 5MPa·min内,而载荷M3、F2分别保持在273.36~336.448 N·m与3.4~4.1 N之间。进一步结合载荷M3、F2与物料的流动特性得出,换网器在23.57 r/min> n> 13.75 r/min的工作转速下,铲削效果最佳,且换网速率是人工的13.74~23.52倍。Aiming at the technological requirements of the screen replacement process of the double-plunger screen changing filter with a large effective filtering area,a rotary scraping mechanism was selected for the verification experiment.Considering the characteristics of various recycled polymers, the recycled ABS scrap was selected for the shoveling experiments. The experiments showed that the screen changer meets the pre-set technological requirements for scrap removal and dismantling of the old net. Blade load under scrap conditions was analyzed,and the relationship between the speed and the flow characteristics of polymer and the load was modeled and analyzed. The experimental data showed that the apparent viscosity and load decreased linearly when the speed range was 0 < n < 13. 75 r/min,and became constant when the speed range was 23. 57 r/min > n > 13. 75 r/min. The apparent viscosity was stable from 0. 005 6 MPa·min to 0. 007 5 MPa·min,while the load M3 and F2 were stable in the range from 273. 36 N · m to 336. 448 N · m and from 3. 4 N to 4. 1 N,respectively. Combining the load M3,F2 and polymer characteristics,the best cutting parameter was calculated that the working speed of the screen changer was in the range of 23. 57 r/min > n > 13. 75 r/min. The screen changing rate of this study was improved 13. 74 to 23. 52 times comparing with the manual method.
