摘  要:针对PBT塑料激光焊接,在塑料注塑过程中,上层塑料中不添加碳黑,在下层塑料中添加质量份数为0.5%的碳黑,使其对激光的透过率分别为55.6%和21.6%,能够满足激光透射焊接中对塑料透过率的要求,且塑料剪切强度分别为265、263 MPa,相差较小。为达到焊缝宽度及剪切强度的要求,采用长度为5 mm的条型光斑激光进行焊接,并对焊接工艺参数进行优化,焊缝的剪切强度随激光功率的增加,呈先增加后减小的趋势;随焊接速度的增加,呈先增加后减小的趋势;当激光平均功率为50 W,焊接速度为90~120 mm/s时,PBT塑料管焊缝剪切强度能达到253 MPa以上,满足生产焊缝剪切强度>240 MPa的要求。For the welding of PBT plastic,no carbon black was added to the top plastic,and 0. 5% carbon black by mass was added to the lower plastic in the injection molding,so laser transmittance was 55. 6% and 21. 6% respectively,which was met the requirements of plastic transmittance in laser transmission welding,and plastic shear tension was 265 MPa and263 MPa respectively. To achieve the requirements of weld width and tensile strength,laser welding process parameters was optimized,as the laser power was increased,the shear tension was increased and then reduced,and weld speed was increased,the shear tension was increased and then reduced also,when laser power was 50 W,speed was 90 mm/s ~120 mm/s,the shear tension of PBT plastic tube welds was more than 253 MPa,which meet the requirements of shear tension was over 240 MPa.
