摘 要:聚乳酸(PLA)微孔发泡材料具有良好的冲击强度、断裂韧性、低介电常数、低导热系数和热稳定性等特性,被广泛应用于日用品、应用包装、民用塑料和汽车内饰等行业中。但是,纯PLA微孔泡沫塑料由于具有脆性大、熔体强度低、价格高等缺陷,往往不能满足应用要求。文章详细地总结了国内外改善PLA微孔发泡性能方面的研究,主要.包括3个方面:提高PLA熔体强度、增强PLA韧性和探索适宜PLA的发泡工艺条件。阐述了熔体强度、韧性及发泡工艺对PLA发泡形态的影响,说明了改善前后PLA发泡形态的变化,详细叙述了PLA发泡性能的改善机理,介绍了PLA微孔发泡材料的力学性能和结晶性能。Polylactic acid( PLA) microcellular foaming materials have the advantages of better impact strength,fracture toughness,low dielectric constant,low thermal conductivity and thermal stability. It can be widely used in daily use industry,application packaging industry,civil plastic industry and automotive interior industry,etc. However,pure PLA microcellular foams with high brittleness,low melt strength and high price often fail to meet the application requirements. The research on improving the properties of PLA microcellular foaming was summarized in detail. It mainly included three aspects: improving the strength of PLA melt,enhancing PLA toughness and exploring the suitable foaming process conditions for PLA. The effects of melt strength,toughness and foaming process on the foaming morphology of PLA were described. The changes of foaming morphology of PLA before and after improvement were explained. The improvement mechanism of PLA foaming performance was described in detail. The mechanical and crystalline properties of PLA microcellular foaming materials were introduced.
