摘 要:为解决塑件上管接头柱外壁整圈倒扣脱模困难的问题,设计了一种哈弗顶管机构及驱动,实现了顶出脱模功能的二次顶出机构。针对管接头塑件上端尺寸下,下端有整圈圆环鼓凸的塑件圆柱管特征,将圆环包围型芯设计成可移动的哈弗式圆管滑块,通过导槽导向控制2个圆管滑块的向侧边让位抽芯,实现管接头特征整圈圆环鼓凸特征的脱模。机构的工作原理是将管接头柱外壁的成型件分割成2个半顶管后,通过二次顶板机构的第一次顶出,由导向块驱动2个半顶管,向侧边移动抽芯,使管接头柱外壁与成型件左侧初步分离,然后通过顶杆的第二次强制顶出,将塑件从管接头外壁成型件上完全顶出,实现塑件的完全脱模。为保证机构顶出板的2次顶出按序进行,在一次顶出板上设计了一种翘板式二次顶出分离机构,能够灵活调整二次顶出板的顶出高度。该自动脱模机构设计新颖,实现了塑件的自动化生产,具有较好的工程设计参考意义。In order to solve the problem that it was difficult to demould the whole circle of the outer wall of the pipe joint column on the plastic part,a kind of haver pipe jacking mechanism and a secondary ejection mechanism driving its ejection function were designed. The innovation lied in: According to the feature of plastic cylindrical pipe with a full circle of bulge at the upper end and a full circle at the lower end of the plastic part of the pipe joint,the core surrounded by the circle was designed as a movable haval type round pipe slide block,and the core pulling was realized by the guide groove guide control to make the two round pipe slide blocks yield to the side to realize the demoulding of the full circle of bulge feature of the pipe joint. The working principle of the mechanism was: After the forming part of the outer wall of the pipe joint column was divided into two halves of pipe jacking,the first ejection of the secondary roof mechanism was used to drive the two halves of pipe jacking to move the core pulling towards the side,so as to realize the preliminary separation of the outer wall of the pipe joint column and the left of the forming part,and then the second forced ejection of the ejector rod was used to completely eject the plastic part from the forming part of the outer wall of the pipe joint so as to realize the complete demoulding of plastic part.In order to ensure the sequential realization of the two ejection functions of the mechanism ejection plate,a kind of warping type secondary ejection separation mechanism was designed on the primary ejection plate,which had flexible adjustment to the ejection height of the secondary ejection plate. The design of the automatic demoulding mechanism was novel and innovative,which realizes the automatic production of plastic parts and had a good engineering design reference significance.
