摘 要:电解槽出现母线熔毁事故,需要紧急采取补救措施,受电解现场强磁场的影响,一般思路是将故障电解槽所在系列停电或降电流后,对母线施焊修补,但是这种焊接施工作业方式短期导致电解减产,长期会对电解槽的寿命产生影响。本文就某企业电解槽立柱母线因短路导致熔毁事故,浅析了300kA预焙铝电解槽强磁场下施焊作业困难的原因,为降低对电解生产的影响,在电解厂房系列不停电或不降电流的条件下,提出在厂房外制作立柱母线部件、现场组对和强磁场下施焊维修立柱母线的策略,同时对维修条件和焊接技术方法进行了分析,并对采取的施焊作业方式和技术要求进行了阐述。Due to the influence of the high magnetie field on the electrolytic cell,the general idea is to weld and repair the bus bar after the power failure or current reduction of the faulty electrolytic cell series.However,this welding operation mode leads to the reduction of electrolysis production in a short time and ffects the life of the electrolytie ell in the long term.This paper analyzes the causes and charactenistics of high magnetic field of 300kA prebaked aluminum reduction ell and the causes of difcult welding operation under high magnetic field.In order to reduce the impact on the electrolytic production,under the condition of no power cut or current drop in the electrolytie plant series,it is proposed to make column bus parts outside the workshop,assemble on site and weld under high magnetie field.At the same time,the maintenance conditions and welding technology are analyzed,and the corresponding welding operation mode and technical requirements are described.
