摘  要:铝电解槽阳极压降是槽电压的重要组成部分,关系到电解槽的电压平衡和直流电耗。本文研究了阳极上槽后其压降周期性变化,着重分析了钢爪压降、铁碳压降、阳极碳块压降以及阳极压降变化规律,通过阳极压降变化规律数据分析,对阳极钢爪、组装工艺、磷生铁配方和阳极炭块质量等进行评判,根据实际情况采取相应措施,降低阳极压降。本研究可以为铝电解企业在阳极质量评判和降低阳极压降方面提供借鉴和参考。Anode voltage drop of aluminum reduction ell is an important part of cell voltage,which is related to voltage balance and DC power con-sumption.This paper studies the periodic change of voltage drop after anode is put into the cell,focusing on the analysis of steel claw voltage drop,iron carbon voltage drop,anode carbon block voltage drop and anode volage drop variation law.Through the analysis of data on anode voltage drop change law,the anode steel claw,assembly process,iron Phosphate formula and anode carbon block quality are evaluated.According to the actual situation,corresponding measures are taken to reduce the anode voltage drop.This study can provide reference for aluminum electrolysis corporations in anode quality evaluation and reducing anode voltage drop.
