摘  要:针对电解铝行业属于高温、强磁、多粉尘,有腐蚀性气体的工作环境,利用计算机测溫技术及物联网ZigBee组网技术,研制了无线温度在线监测系统,对无线测温系统中的采集节点、路由器节点、接收器节点做了软件、硬件设计,实现了对铝电解槽壳温度变化实时监控、数据分析挖掘的功能,并在实际生产中得到应用,结果表明本系统检测温度数值精确、网络运行穗定,并对高温强磁环境具有较强的适应性。该设计解决了对电解槽侧壁温度连续监控的难题,降低了工人劳动强度及电解槽维护成本,为电解槽高效、稳定运行提供保障,具有广阔的应用前景。For electrolytic aluminum industry belongs to high temperature,strong magnetie,more dust,corrosive gas environment,temperature measurerment system based on computer network and ZigBee technology analysis,the characteristics of the wireless temperature measuring systerm of the acquisition,router nodes,the receiver node for the design of hardware and software,implements the wireless temperature on-line monitring system of aluminium lecrolytle tank shell temperature real-time monitoring and the application of temperature overrun warming,the results show that this system tesing temperature numerical precision,the network running stability,and the high temperture and strong magnetic envionment has stronger adeptabil-ity.The design solves the problem of continuous monitoring of the temperature om the side wall of the electrolytic cell,reduces the labor intensity of the workers and the maintenance cost of the eetrolytie cell,guarantees the eficient and stable operation of the electrolytic cell,and fftively prolonging the serice life of the electrolytic cell,which has a broad application prospect.
