摘 要:3.8 m×35 m烘干机筒体多次出现上下窜动的现象,筒体窜动时常引起构件磨损,特别是对筒体轮带、拖轮组、齿轮影响非常大,也对设备的安全稳定运行构成了很大影响。本文对筒体窜动原因进行分析,并对窜动可能造成的设备事故和故障,以及曾经发生过的一系列故障进行了描述和原因分析,结合实际经验提出了调整方法。The 3.8 m×35 m dryer cylinder often appears the pheno menon of moving up and down,which often causes wear of components,especially the influence on the wheel belt,tugboat group and gear of the cylinder is very significant.It also has a great impact on the safe and stable operation of the equipment.The causes of the cylinder movement are analyzed,and the possible equipment accidents and failures caused by the movement,as well as a series of failures that have occurred are descripted and analyzed,and the adjustment methods are put forward combined with practical experience.
