摘  要:针对太钢东山矿大型石灰回转窑转运流槽碳化硅砖剥落问题,通过基质优化,加入5%活性硅微粉或2%钢纤维,研制出了高强度和抗冲刷能力的新型浇注料,对转运流槽进行整体浇注施工。使用一年后效果良好,材料内部结构完好,炉壳表面温度低于100℃,为回转窑稳定运行提供了保证。Aiming at the problem of spallation of silicon carbide bricks in the transfer channel of large lime rotary kiln in Dongshan Mine of Taigang,a new type of castable with high strength and anti-scouring ability is developed by adding 5%active silicon micro powder or 2%steel fiber through matrix optimization.After one year of use,the effect is good,the internal structure of the material is intact,the surface temperature of the furnace shell is lower than 100℃,which provides a guarantee for the stable operation of the rotary kiln.
