摘 要:对中厚板推钢式加热炉板坯下表划伤的原因进行分析并提出其改进控制措施。研究结果表明:对于炉内滑道划伤,选择合适的燃烧器并合理布置、使用Co40滑块、合适的滑块宽度、提高耐热滑道的安装精度、优化工艺控制、避免板坯在高温段长时间待温是降低板坯下表划伤的关键;对于炉头斜坡划伤,通过出钢装置改造可彻底解决。The reasons for the scratches on the bottom surface of slab in pusher-type heating furnace for medium plate rolling are analyzed and the improvement measures are pointed out.The results show that for the scratches of the slide in the furnace,the measures of choosing reasonable burner and arranging it reasonable,using the Co40 material slider with proper width,improving the installation accuracy of heatresistant slides,optimizing process control,and avoiding slabs staying in the high temperature section for a long time are the keys to reduce the scratches on the bottom surface of the slab.For the scratches on the slope of the furnace head,it can be completely solved by modificating the tapping device.
