摘  要:目的探讨磁共振弥散张量成像在脑出血后早期帕金森综合征诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2018年3月至2019年3月在郑州市第二人民医院接受治疗的40例脑出血后早期帕金森综合征患者为研究对象,设为观察组。同时选择同期40例体检健康者为研究对象,设为对照组。两组研究对象均进行磁共振弥散张量监测,获取两组研究对象在丘脑、苍白球、黑质、壳核和尾状核头的各向异性分数和表观弥散系数,并比较分析两组的数据。结果观察组在丘脑、苍白球、黑质、壳核和尾状核头的各向异性分数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而表观弥散系数比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过磁共振弥散张量对脑出血患者在丘脑、苍白球、黑质、壳核和尾状核头的各向异性分数差异,能够做到及早发现诊断帕金森综合征并对其进行治疗。Objective To investigate the value of diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)in the early diagnosis of Parkinsons’syndrome after cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Forty patients with early Parkinson’s syndrome after intracerebral hemorrhage who were treated in the Second Peoples’Hospital of Zhengzhou from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the observation group.At the same time,40 healthy people who were examined during the same period were selected as the control group.The two groups were monitored for the magnetic resonance diffusion tensor,and the anisotropy scores and apparent diffusion coefficients of the two groups of subjects in the thalamus,pale globule,substantia nigra,putamen and caudate nucleus were obtained.Results The anisotropy scores of the observation group in the thalamus,pale globule,substantia nigra,putamen and caudate nucleus were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The difference in apparent diffusion coefficient was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusions The difference in anisotropy scores of thalamic,paleoglobulin,substantia nigra,putamen and caudate nucleus in patients with cerebral hemorrhage can be detected and treated early by Parkinson’s syndrome through diffusion tensor of magnetic resonance.
