动力加压钢板内固定与带锁髓内钉内固定治疗四肢骨折的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较动力加压钢板内固定与带锁髓内钉内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床效果。方法选择2014年9月至2019年9月平煤神马医疗集团总医院收治的四肢骨折患者50例,将入院编号为奇数者纳入对照组,将入院编号为偶数者纳入研究组,每组25例。对照组采用动力加压钢板内固定进行治疗,研究组采用带锁髓内钉内固定进行治疗,比较两组疗效、手术相关指标及术后并发症发生情况。结果研究组一般手术资料各项指标均优于对照组(P均<0.05);研究组治疗优良率(96.00%,24/25)高于对照组(76.00%,19/25),P<0.05;研究组术后并发症发生率(4.00%,4/25)低于对照组(24.00%,6/25),P<0.05。结论带锁髓内钉内固定对四肢骨折患者的疗效优于动力加压钢板内固定,更能降低患者术后引流量、术中出血量,缩短手术时间,术后并发症发生率低。Objective To compare the effects of dynamic compression plate internal fixation and interlocking intramedullary nail on patients with limbs fractures.Methods A total of 50 patients with limb fracture admitted to Pingmei Shenma Medical Group General Hospital from September 2014 to September 2019 were selected.Patients with odd admission number were included in the control group,and those with even admission number were included in the study group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated by dynamic compression plate internal fixation,and the study group was treated by interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation.The efficacy,operation related indexes and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The general surgical indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the study group(96.00%,24/25)was higher than that of the control group(76.00%,19/25),P<0.05.The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group(4.00%,4/25)was lower than that in the control group(24.00%,6/25),P<0.05.Conclusions Interlocking intramedullary nail is superior to dynamic compression plate in the treatment of limbs fractures,which can reduce postoperative drainage volume and intraoperative blood loss,shorten operation time and decrease the incidence of complications.
