阿德福韦酯联合安络化纤丸对乙型肝炎肝硬化的治疗价值

摘　　要：目的分析阿德福韦酯联合安络化纤丸对乙型肝炎肝硬化的治疗价值。方法选择2017年1月至2018年1月南阳市第一人民医院收治的乙型肝炎肝硬化患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组给予阿德福韦酯治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用安络化纤丸。比较两组HBV DNA转阴率、治疗前后肝功能监测指标和肝纤维化指标、脾厚度指标、整体疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组HBV DNA转阴率(80.00%,28/35)高于对照组(54.29%,19/35),治疗后肝功能监测指标、肝纤维化以及脾厚度指标均优于对照组,治疗总有效率(85.71%,30/35)高于对照组(60.00,21/35),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组与对照组不良反应发生率[5.71%(2/35)比8.57%(3/35)]比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿德福韦酯与安络化纤丸对于乙型肝炎肝硬化的降压作用更为确切,可在短时间内起效,整体疗效好且安全性高。Objective To analyze the therapeutic value of adefovir dipivoxil combined with anluohuaxian pill in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods A total of 70 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis treated in Nanyang First People’s Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given adefovir dipivoxil,while the observation group received anluohuaxian pills on the basis of treatment of the control group.The hepatitis B virus(HBV)DNA negative conversion rate,preoperative and postoperative liver function monitoring indexes,liver fibrosis,spleen thickness index,overall efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The negative rate of HBV DNA in the observation group(80.00%,28/35)was higher than that in the control group(54.29%,19/35).After treatment,the indexes of liver function monitoring,liver fibrosis and spleen thickness in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the total effective rate(85.71%,30/35)of the observation group was higher than that in the control group(60.00%,21/35).All of the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group,5.71%(2/35)vs.8.57%(3/35),P>0.05.Conclusions Aadefovir dipivoxil and anluohuaxian pills have more exact antihypertensive effects on hepatitis B cirrhosis.They can take effect in a short time,and have good overall curative effects and high safety.
