双极射频溶脂技术在下面部与颈部脂肪堆积中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨采用双极射频溶脂技术改善下面部与颈部脂肪堆积的临床疗效与安全性。方法自2018年1月至2019年5月,对62例下面部与颈部脂肪堆积轮廓不佳的患者采用双极射频溶脂技术三步治疗法(即先溶脂,再吸脂,最后皮下层收紧)治疗。随访6个月,医师和患者分别评价术后吸脂效果,并统计术后并发症发生情况。结果 62例患者均完成手术,其中56例获随访6个月,89.3%患者术后盲评结果为改善、10.7%患者无变化,患者自评有效率为92.9%。除治疗后短时间内红肿、局部皮下结节外,无烫伤及神经损伤等严重并发症出现。结论双极射频溶脂技术可有效地改善下面部与颈部的脂肪堆积的问题,是一种安全有效的治疗方式。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of bipolar radiofrequency lipolysis technique in the treatment of fat accumulation in the lower face and neck. Methods From January 2018 to May 2019, a total of 62 patients with fat accumulation in the lower face and neck and poor contour were included. The bipolar radiofrequency lipolysis technology was divided into three steps:lipolysis, liposuction and finally tighten the subcutaneous layer. After 6 months of follow-up, the efficacy after liposuction was evaluated by plastic surgeons and patients. The incidence of postoperative complications was counted. Results All patients completed the treatment. Fifty-six patients were followed up for 6 months, 89.3% patients had improvement and 10.7% patients had no change. The effective rate of patients’ self-evaluation was 92.9%. In addition to a short period of redness and local subcutaneous nodule, no severe complications such as scald and nerve injury occurred. Conclusion The bipolar radiofrequency lipolysis is a safe and effective method to improve fat accumulation in the lower face and neck.
