摘　　要：目的探讨能否通过规范化的操作流程种植出在外观上与正常人原生眉相一致的仿生眉毛,从而制定出适合推广的仿生眉毛种植术的标准化操作流程(standard operation procedure, SOP)。方法通过总结经验、优化手术流程和规范操作技术,从术前评估、术中操作和术后护理三大步骤对仿生眉的SOP进行分析总结。结果依照术前评估、术中操作和术后护理等环节制定的SOP所完成的眉毛移植案例,术后的眉毛效果可以与正常人原生眉毛在形态上基本一致。结论基于SOP操作的仿生眉毛种植术是一项适于在广大美容外科医师中推广的眉毛种植技术。Objective To explore whether biomimetic eyebrow could be reconstructed as the original eyebrow through standard operation procedure(SOP) and formulate the SOP of biomimetic eyebrow transplantation for further promotion. Methods Through summarizing the clinical experience, optimizing surgical procedures and standardizing operating techniques, the SOP of biomimetic eyebrow transplantation were summarized in three sections: preoperative evaluation, intraoperative operation and postoperative nursing.Results In the clinical cases of eyebrow transplantation completed according to the established SOP, the appearance of postoperative eyebrows was basically the same as the original eyebrows. Conclusion Biomimetic eyebrow transplantation based on SOP is a technique that suitable for further promotion among cosmetic surgeons.
