摘　　要：以推进公共图书馆均衡发展为目标,用全新的方式突破分级财政障碍,广东流动图书馆主要依靠省级财政的支持,以图书资源配送、技术支持、人才培训等多种形式促进粤东西北地区公共图书馆事业的发展。经过多年的扶持、引导,广东流动图书馆的加盟图书馆已全面开展总分馆建设,因地制宜地向图书馆服务体系发展。The Guangdong Mobile Library Project is designed to promote the balanced development of public libraries,and to break through the barriers caused by financial differences.With adequate provincial-level financial support,different ways,such as book delivery,technical support and personnel training,have been used to help public libraries in underdeveloped areas of Guangdong Province.Up to now,all members of the Guangdong Mobile Library Project have adopted the main and branch library system,and have constructed their own system of library services which can meet local needs and requirements.
