中国智慧:国际视野下的广东流动图书馆延伸服务研究

摘　　要：延伸服务是图书馆向不能常规利用图书馆服务的用户提供特殊服务、保障所有人的图书馆权利,是平等利用图书馆的权利的重要方式。文章通过广东流动图书馆、美国阿马戈萨山谷图书馆、澳大利亚里弗赖纳地区图书馆、美国亨内平县图书馆等国内外延伸服务案例的选介和比较,分析图书馆延伸服务国际实践在扩大可及范围、提升服务成效等方面的难点,进而讨论广东流动图书馆所积累的经验和制定的方案为这些难点的克服提供的智慧。Library outreach services are provided for those who cannot enjoy library services routinely,so as to ensure all people’s library rights,especially their right of using libraries equally.Both foreign and domestic libraries have kept exploring library outreach services,and practical innovations have been continuously made.This paper gives an introduction to the outreach services of Sun Yat-sen Library of Guangdong Province,the Amargosa Valley Library of the United States,the Riverina Regional Library of Australia,and the Hennepin County Library of the United States.It then analyzes the difficulties in library outreach services,especially those in the expansion of the scope and the improvement of the efficiency.It also discusses how Sun Yat-sen Library of Guangdong Province and other Chinese libraries have done to overcome such difficulties,so as to provide reference for library outreach services at home and abroad.
