摘　　要：数据驱动正成为图书馆的发展趋势之一,影响波及图书馆事业方方面面。文章采用内容分析法,调研国外15所图书馆的战略规划文本,分析涉及数据驱动的战略规划和实施策略,将其归类为数据支持决策、数据驱动研究以及数据素养提升等3个战略方向。为适应数据驱动时代的图书馆发展,我国图书馆应注意数据在决策管理、业务重构、用户服务方面的积极作用。Recently,"Data-driven"has been one of the key trends in the development of libraries,which affects all aspects of the librarianship.By means of content analysis,this paper investigates fifteen foreign libraries’strategic planning documents,analyzes their data-driven strategic planning and implementation strategies,and classifies them into three strategic directions,i.e.,data supporting decisions,data driving researches,and data literacy improvement.Based on the above investigation and analysis,it is believed that Chinese libraries should pay more attention to the positive role of data in decision-making management,business restructuringanduserservices,so as to adapt themselves to the data-driven era.
