摘　　要：针对气体减压器整体自动校准的需求,研究设计了一种可以自动校准气体减压器的装置,提供了一种自动校准的方法。该装置由气源、增压装置、压力控制器、减压器连接台和上位机软件等构成,提供了多种减压器密封接口,实现了各种减压器快速连接。上位机软件可自动校准高低量程压力表,并可自动出具校准结果,提高了工作效率。In order to meet the demand of automatic calibration of gas pressure reducer,a device which can automatically calibrate the gas pressure reducer is researched and designed,and a method of automatic calibration is provided.The device is composed of gas source,pressurization device,pressure controller,pressure reducer connecting platform and software.It provides a variety of sealing interfaces of pressure reducer and realizes the rapid connection of various pressure reducers.Software can automatically calibrate the high and low range pressure gauges,and can automatically issue the calibration results,which improves the work efficiency.
