摘 要:广东省某电厂低压及高压加热器系统现有液位控制采用的国外进口浮球液位开关。该类型液位开关在运行过程中故障频发,耗费大量人力物力,影响低压及高压加热器系统设备的安全稳定运行。本文对浮球液位开关故障的原因进行分析,最终确认故障根源并提出解决措施,对运行中出现故障的产品进行升级改进,经过现场验证反馈,效果良好,达到了预期的效果。The imported float level switch is used to control the liquid level in the low pressure&high pressure heater system of a power plant in Guangdong Province.This type of level switch frequently breaks down during operation,which consuming a lot of labor and material resources and affecting the safe and stable operation of low pressure&high pressure heater system equipment.In this article,the root cause of the fault is confirmed and the solution measures are proposed by analyzing the cause of the float ball level switch fault.Furthermore,the products with faults in operation are upgraded and improved.Finally,the improvement effect is good and the expected effect is achieved after on-site verification and feedback.
