摘　　要：汽轮机调门主要用来控制机组的转速和功率,其故障将会导致机组转速或者功率波动,直接影响机组的安全经济运行。本文针对某电厂在实际生产过程中遇到的三起VP卡件故障进行分析,列举了VP卡件故障处理步骤和方法,并提出了预防措施,对VP卡件故障更换和处理有指导作用。The turbine valve is used to control the speed and load of the unit,and its failure will lead to the fluctuation of the speed or load of the unit,directly affecting the safe and economic operation of the unit.This paper analyzes three VP card faults encountered in the actual production process of a power plant,lists the steps and methods of dealing with VP card faults,and puts forward the preventive measures,which can guide the replacement and treatment of VP card faults.
