摘 要:多数电厂采用等离子燃烧技术作为点火源,但在机组点火期间,等离子系统退出运行,会影响机组单台磨煤机运行燃烧的稳定性。等离子系统故障,易造成单台磨煤机运行燃烧不稳,锅炉灭火,最终导致锅炉MFT动作。本文以某超临界锅炉MFT事故为研究对象,对等离子冷水水泵故障后,联锁启另一台冷却水泵时间过长,等离子冷却水压低造成等离子系统退出现象进行了深入分析,提出了预防措施,为今后处理同类型问题提供借鉴。Most power plants use plasma combustion technology as ignition source,but during the ignition period,the plasma system will withdraw from operation,which will affect the stability of the single coal mill.If the plasma system fails,it is easy to cause the operation and combustion instability of a single coal mill,and the boiler extinguishes the fire,which eventually leads to the MFT action of the boiler.Based on the MFT accident of a supercritical boiler,the interlocking of another cooling pump after the failure of the plasma cold water pump is too long,the plasma cooling water pressure is low,and the phenomenon of plasma system exit is deeply analyzed.The preventive measures are put forward to provide reference for dealing with the same type of problems in the future.
