摘  要:单气隙磁环和双电源供电的调理电路制约了霍尔传感器的小型化发展,从而影响到了其在智能接触器上的应用与研究。通过理论计算设计了分布式多气隙磁环,Ansys Maxwell仿真分析和对比验证表明多气隙磁环能够有效减小气隙处漏磁量,极大增加了气隙处磁感应强度的均匀程度;霍尔调理电路采用单电源供电、双路差分比例放大方式,实现了电路的小型化,通过抬高输入地解决了响应时间过长的问题。The single air gap magnetic ring and the dual power supply conditioning circuit restrict miniaturization of the Hall sensor,so as to affect its application and research on intelligent contactor. The distributed multi-air gap magnetic ring is designed by theoretical calculation. Ansys Maxwell simulation analysis and comparison verification show that the multi-airgap magnetic ring can effectively reduce the leakage magnetic flux at the air gap and greatly increase the uniformity of the magnetic induction intensity at the air gap. The Hall conditioning circuit adopts single-supply power supply and dual path differential proportional amplification mode to achieve miniaturization of the circuit part. And the problem of too long response time is solved by raising the input.
