摘  要:星轮传动减速器核心传动单元为少齿差多齿啮合轮系,涉及齿轮多齿弹性接触啮合、轴孔接触、曲轴旋转等传动关系,齿轮运动存在定轴转动和复合转动(自转与平动),力学、运动学关系较为复杂,在强度、形变等计算上无相关理论。为了获取齿轮接触强度和弯曲强度,基于力学理论与计算力学仿真方法,在满足工程计算精度要求前提下,探索了多齿啮合轮系复杂力学行为下的有限元物理模型的简化方法,以及曲轴和轴承的简化、轮齿网格划分、接触收敛等仿真问题的处理方法,并以实例展示了仿真过程。结果表明,星轮传动案例存在多齿接触弹性啮合现象,且接触齿对数符合预期,仿真求得轮齿的齿面接触应力和齿根弯曲应力均满足设计要求,表明了仿真方法的正确性。其仿真技术对星轮传动的强度计算、改进设计具有重要的指导意义。The core transmission unit of the star gear drive reducer is a small-tooth-difference multitooth meshing gear train,which involves gears with multi-tooth elastic contact meshing,shaft-hole contact,and crankshaft rotation and so on drive relationship,gear motion includes fixed-axis rotation and compound rotation(rotation and translation).The relationship between mechanics and kinematics is more complicated,and there is no relevant theory in the calculation of strength,deformation and so on.In order to obtain the gear contact strength and bending strength,based on the mechanical theory and computational mechanics simulation methods,under the premise of meeting the requirements of engineering calculation accuracy,a simplified method of the finite element physical model under the complex mechanical behavior of a multi-tooth meshing gear train is explored,and how to deal with simulation problems such as simplification of crankshafts and bearings,meshing of gear teeth,contact convergence,etc.The simulation process is demonstrated by an example.The result shows that,the star gear drive case has the phenomenon of multi-tooth contact elastic meshing,and the number of contact tooth pairs is in line with expectations.The contact stress of the tooth surface and the bending stress of the tooth root are calculated by simulation and can meet the design requirements,it shows that the correctness of the simulation method.Its simulation technology has important guiding significance for the strength calculation and improved design of star gear drive.
