摘　　要：变螺距螺纹在汽车配件、食品加工机械、轻纺机械等领域应用广泛,对于小型变螺距螺纹零件,常常采用数控切削方式加工。基于发那科数控系统对变螺距螺纹的切削加工进行研究,以牙等宽槽变距螺纹为例,分析变螺距螺纹的加工原理,建立数学模型,编制宏程序数控代码,并通过仿真加工进行了验证。Variable pitch thread is widely used in auto part,food processing machinery,textile machinery and other fields.For the small part with variable pitch thread,CNC cutting is often used.The machining of variable pitch thread was studied based on FANUC CNC system.Taking the variable pitch thread with equal width groove as an example,the machining principle of variable pitch thread was analyzed,mathematical model was established,NC code with macro routine was compiled.The machining of variable pitch thread was verified through simulated machining.
