发泡聚丙烯材料在汽车空调框架中的应用研究

摘　　要：发泡聚丙烯材料强度高,整体密度小,绝热、降噪性能优良,是一种新型材料。对发泡聚丙烯材料的特点进行了介绍,对其在汽车行业及汽车空调框架中的应用进行了分析。通过分析确认,汽车空调框架应用发泡聚丙烯材料,具备隔热、抗油、抗水等特性,能够有效降低生产成本,提高生产效率。The EPP material has high strength,low global density,excellent heat insulation and noise reduction performances,and is a new type of material.The characteristics of EPP material were introduced,and its applications in the automotive industry and automotive air conditioner frame were analyzed.Through analysis,it is confirmed that the EPP material used in automobile air conditioner frame has the characteristics of heat insulation,oil resistance and water resistance,which can effectively reduce production costs and improve production efficiency.
