重型汽车纵梁翻转工装的设计

摘　　要：设计了一种用于重型汽车纵梁涂漆的翻转工装,介绍了这一翻转工装的原理与结构,给出了这一翻转工装的使用方法。这一翻转工装结构紧凑,安装快捷,使用方便。应用这一翻转工装,可以满足重型汽车纵梁在喷漆室有限空间内的翻转要求。A turnover tooling for painting of the longitudinal beam of heavy vehicle was designed,the principle and structure of this turnover tooling were introduced,and the method of using this turnover tooling was given.This turnover tooling has compact structure,quick installation and convenient use.The application of this turnover tooling can meet the turnover requirements of longitudinal beam of heavy vehicle in the limited space of the spray booth.
