生计资本、环境风险感知对农户厨余垃圾治理支付意愿的影响

摘　　要：农村厨余垃圾治理是实现农村资源循环利用和乡村环境治理的关键,然而现实中农户参与意愿未得到广泛关注。根据分层抽样法获取山东、河南、河北三省农户调研数据,通过描述性统计和有序Logit模型探讨农户生计资本和环境风险感知对其厨余垃圾治理支付意愿的影响,并对结果进行稳健性检验。结果表明:从生计资本来看,人力资本、经济资本与社会资本对农户厨余垃圾治理的支付意愿均有显著影响;农户的环境风险感知对其厨余垃圾治理的支付意愿影响显著。在人力资本、经济资本与社会资本占优势地位的农户对厨余垃圾治理的支付意愿更强烈;与一般农户相比,对环境风险感知更明确的农户,其厨余垃圾治理的支付意愿更强烈。在采取有效措施激励农户参与垃圾治理的同时,建议加强对农户的环保教育与垃圾分类知识的学习,加快农村人居环境的改善。The paper aims to analyze farmers’willingness to pay for the treatment of rural kitchen waste so as to promote waste classification,resource recycling and rural environmental governance.However,farmers’willingness to participate has not received widespread attention.Based on stratified sampling method,the survey data of farmers in Shandong,Henan,and Hebei were obtained.Descriptive statistics and an ordered Logit model were used to explore the impact of farmers’livelihood capital and environmental risk perceptions on their willingness to pay for kitchen waste treatment.The results were tested for robustness.The results were as follows.Firstly,from the perspective of livelihood capital,human,economic and social capital have a significant impact on farmers’willingness to pay for the treatment of food waste.Secondly,the environmental risk perception also plays a significant role.In all,farmers who have a dominant position in human,economic,and social capital have a stronger willingness to pay for kitchen waste treatment.Compared with ordinary farmers,farmers who have a clearer perception of environmental risks pay more for kitchen waste treatment.It is suggested that education on environment protection and waste classification be strengthened for farmers,and that the improvement of rural human settlements be accelerated.
