摘  要:本文介绍甲醇三塔精馏工艺背景,根据实际项目的工艺条件、精馏塔底部采用双换热器作为再沸器的特点进行热焓控制方案的设计并利用Aspen软件仿真,通过与甲醇精馏塔塔釜温度控制方案的对比验证本控制方案的优势:在保证精馏品质的同时,控制蒸汽用量,达到节能降耗的目的。该方法对甲醇精馏控制的工业应用具有一定指导意义。This paper first introduces the background of the methanol three-column distillation process.According to the actual project process conditions,the bottom of the distillation column uses double heat exchangers as the reboiler to design the enthalpy control scheme.Finally,Aspen software is used to simulate the control scheme.The advantages of this control scheme are verified by comparison with the temperature control scheme of the methanol distillation column bottom.While ensuring the distillation quality,the steam consumption is better controlled,and the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction is achieved.This paper has certain guiding significance for methanol distillation control in industrial application.
