摘　　要：结合工程实例,通过应用ANSYS有限元软件对圆变方“裤衩形”钢制石灰石仓的整体结构进行分析,反复试算和模型优化,提出改进措施,确定加劲肋的位置和规格大小,降低结构突变处的应力集中,保证石灰石仓的应力和变形符合规范要求,确保结构安全可靠。In this paper,combined with engineering project examples,through the application of ANSYS finite element software to analyze the overall structure of the round to square"shorts-shaped"steel limestone silo,repeated trial calculations and model optimization,this paper proposes improvement measures,determines the location and size of the stiffening rib,and reduces the stress concentration at the structural abrupt transition,ensures that the stress and deformation of the limestone silo meet the requirements of the specification so as to ensure the structure is safe and reliable.
